This traditional Mykonian house has been fully renovated and sits within a small, family-oriented complex built around a shared swimming pool. The layout keeps things simple: two bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning, a living room that's also air-conditioned, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine among the usual essentials. A side veranda and a larger back veranda give guests two distinct outdoor spaces, one for morning coffee, the other for evening meals away from the pool area.
Ornos is a compact village suited to exploring on foot. Korfos Beach is about 150 metres away, a spot known for its steady Meltemi winds that make it one of the island's better-regarded kitesurfing locations from May through October. Ornos Beach itself, roughly 400 metres in the other direction, sits in a sheltered bay with shallow water and fine sand, better suited to families and swimmers. Ornos village keeps a small working harbour where fishing boats share space with yachts, and a cluster of tavernas nearby.
Supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher and a fish market are all within a few minutes on foot, and restaurants are scattered along the same stretch. Free 50 Mbps Wi-Fi covers the house, and the owner offers help arranging car hire, boat trips or restaurant bookings for those who ask.
