Sithonia Lodge sits in Nikiti, on the second leg of the Halkidiki Peninsula, about 100 km from Thessaloniki. Most of its holiday homes are single-story bungalows with a separate bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and living room with sofa beds, each opening onto a private terrace with open grassy space where children can run around freely. For larger groups, the three-story Artemis house sleeps up to nine adults, making it suited to extended families or groups traveling together. Pets are welcome for an additional charge.

The beach is a two-minute walk from the property, and Nikiti itself offers a seafront promenade lined with tavernas, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, so daily essentials and dinner options are close at hand without a car. The old village of Nikiti, with its stone houses dating back centuries, sits up on a hill above the newer seafront settlement, separate from the main resort area, and offers sea views from its higher position.

Rooms are fitted with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi, and several units look out over garden or mountain views. It is close to the sand and within reach of the area's tavernas, shops, and everyday conveniences.
