Between the bedroom's air conditioning unit, strong enough for the whole space, and the extra fan provided, temperature is easy to manage even in high summer, and soundproof windows keep things quiet at night. A baby cot or baby chair can be added on request, which makes this a practical choice for two adults with up to three children as well as four adults.

Outside, the terrace opens onto a stretch of grass where children can play without a road or gate in the way, with garden and mountain views from the property. The kitchen is properly equipped rather than just a token setup, so self-catering is straightforward, and the living room has a fireplace and TV for evenings at the property.

Nikiti itself has its own beach within the village, with calm, clear water, and the Old Town's cobblestone streets and tavernas serving fresh seafood are within reach for an evening out.
