Artemis is a three-storey holiday home in Nikiti spread across 140 square metres, built for families who want space without splitting up. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms allow up to ten guests to spread out comfortably, with sleeping arrangements flexible enough for two or three families sharing at once. Two private terraces catch a side view of the sea, while the living areas look toward the surrounding hills.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen and dining table suit long group meals, and the sitting area's fireplace adds warmth for cooler months. Air conditioning is individually controlled room by room, and soundproof windows keep the upper floors quiet at night. Wi-Fi and cable television cover the practical side of a longer stay.

Nikiti's beach lines the village itself, with a boardwalk, sunbeds and beach bars along the shore. The village keeps its older layer too, centred on the Church of Saint Nikitas, and a Friday market sells local honey, for which the area is known. From the terraces, guests can look out over the Toroneos Gulf and the Kassandra peninsula beyond.
