Epohikon Studios

Epohikon Studios sits in the older part of Sarti, on Sithonia's east coast, where the beach is about 200m away and a supermarket and bakery are closer still, just 50m from the door. A pharmacy lies roughly 40m off, so daily errands rarely require a car. The promenade with its beachfront tavernas is within easy reach for evening meals of grilled meats and local wine. The property offers a mix of double and triple rooms plus bungalows, each with a 20m2 layout, kitchenette and private balcony or terrace. The yard sets it apart: shaded by trees, furnished with tables and chairs, fitted with a barbecue, and spacious enough for children to play, a feature few other stays in this area offer, while the owners—who have run the place as a family home for years—keep parasols, inflatables, and beach toys ready for the beach. Sarti Beach itself runs for about 3km of pale sand with shallow, clean water, and on a clear day Mount Athos is visible some 25km across the water. Breakfast is available for an extra charge and is generous enough for two children to share.
