Standard Double Studio

This double studio sits on the upper floor at the front of the building, giving it a small private balcony of about two square metres — enough for morning coffee before the day heats up. Inside, the space is compact but properly equipped: a kitchenette with a two-ring hot plate and fridge, coffee facilities, a marble bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, soundproof windows and a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. Mosquito nets and a safe box are standard, and a baby cot can be added on request.

Housekeeping refreshes towels and linen every three days, and a washing machine is available for an extra charge, which suits longer stays without turning the room into a hotel-style operation. The décor is modern rather than fussy, with a proper closet, a full-length mirror and a small sitting area for slower evenings.

Sarti itself stretches along roughly three kilometres of sandy coastline on the Sithonia peninsula, and the beach has held the Blue Flag for its clean, shallow water. Along the front, tavernas serve fresh seafood caught daily alongside the usual Greek staples, and water sports such as diving are on offer for guests who want more than sunbathing.
