Standard Triple Studio

This standard triple studio sleeps three, with a double bed and a single bed, and sits on the side of the building — either on the ground floor or the first floor, each with its own 2m² balcony. The kitchenette, fitted with a two-burner hot plate and fridge, covers simple meals, while air conditioning and mosquito nets keep things comfortable through the warmer months. A safe box, hairdryer, and TV round out the practical basics, and a baby cot can be arranged on request.

Sarti itself is built around a long stretch of Blue Flag coastline, roughly 3km of soft white sand with coves that deepen gradually — good for families and casual swimmers alike. Everything in the village, from tavernas serving the day's catch to the beach bars and small shops along the promenade, is within walking distance of the studio, so a car isn't necessary for daily life. On clear days, the outline of Mount Athos is visible across the water, and beaches such as Kavourotripes lie a short drive further along the coast for those who want to explore beyond the village.

Housekeeping and linen changes happen every three days, and a washing machine is available for an extra fee, giving guests the essentials for a self-catered stay in Sithonia.
