Sunset Villas Possidi

Sunset Villas sits in the Aigeopelagitika area of Posidi, on the western coast of the Kassandra peninsula, forty metres from a long sandy beach with shallow, calm water and three Blue Flags. Each villa is fully independent, with its own private garden and BBQ area, a balcony or terrace, and interiors equipped for families and larger groups: full kitchen, living room, washing machine, and individually controlled air conditioning. Several units have a sea view or a side sea view, useful given the area's reputation for sunsets over the Thermaikos Gulf.

There is no pool, but the beach is the day's main draw, reached on foot in a few minutes. The whitewashed Possidi Lighthouse and the narrow sand spit of Possidi Cape, a much-photographed natural landmark, are also an easy walk from the property. In the evenings, the garden and terrace become the natural gathering point, with the BBQ in regular use and the sea as backdrop.

For meals out, the village centre is a short drive away, with small tavernas known for fresh seafood. It suits families who prefer to settle into one spot, spend their days by the water, and use their own garden for quiet evenings at home.
