This is villa number 5 in a small complex in Possidi, completely renovated and arranged over two floors. The ground floor holds the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one double bedroom and a shower room, while upstairs three further double bedrooms share a second bathroom. Four separate air conditioning units, one per bedroom plus one below, mean each room can be cooled independently, and mosquito screens keep the terrace usable on warm nights.

The living space opens onto a private balcony or terrace with sea views on one side and garden views on the other, and a fireplace gives the place a lived-in feel outside the summer months. A Dolce Gusto espresso machine and a dishwasher round out a kitchen built for a full house of nine.

Possidi itself is a low-key village on the Kassandra Peninsula, roughly 100 km from Thessaloniki. Its beachfront has beach bars, tavernas and cafes serving fresh seafood, along with a small grocery store for daily supplies. A walk of about 20 minutes along the beach leads to Possidi Cape, where a lighthouse from 1864 and the excavated ruins of a Poseidon temple sit on the sandy point.
