Lefko Beach Front Villa

Lefko Beach Front Villa sits directly on the water in Nea Michaniona, a fishing village on the Thermaic Gulf about 30 km from Thessaloniki. The house opens straight onto a private beach fitted with twelve sunbeds, and the sea view carries through both the indoor living room and the covered outdoor terrace, where the barbecue makes it easy to turn a day at the water into a long evening outside.

Inside, the six rooms are finished with modern furnishing and individually controlled air conditioning, each with a private balcony or terrace and a mix of garden, mountain or side sea views depending on position. A fully equipped kitchenette and dining table support longer stays without relying on restaurants, though the village itself is known for its fresh seafood tavernas, a legacy of its fishing port, home to the largest medium-sized fishing fleet in Greece.

Parking is on site, useful given the coastal setting, and the villa's own frontage means beach days do not require loading a car at all. Other stretches of sand sit within a short distance along the coast for those who want to explore further, and a fireplace and flat screen TV are on hand indoors.
