Agriana Luxury Villas sit within walking distance of Hersonissos, on Crete's north coast, roughly 28 kilometres east of Heraklion. Each villa has its own private pool and terrace, with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Nespresso machine inside, and a barbecue grill for evenings spent outdoors.

Gefyri Beach, with its coarse white sand, lies a ten to fifteen minute walk away, and Sarantari Beach, quieter still, is a short stroll further along the coast. The waters here stay unusually calm and shallow for northern Crete, sheltered from the winds that shape much of the coastline further along.

For dinner, guests can head into Old Hersonissos village in the hills, where traditional tavernas serve alongside the modern seafront restaurants and bars of the main town. On-site parking and car rental make it easy to explore further afield, from the coastal villages to Knossos Palace inland.
