Beachfront Villa

Beachfront Villa sits on the Halkidiki peninsula, a stretch of coastline in Central Macedonia within reach of Thessaloniki, built from stone and natural wood in the pared-back Mediterranean style the region is known for. Interior designer Dimitris Loukas kept the palette restrained: kourasanit surfaces, unfussy linens, and enough natural light to keep the rooms calm and uncluttered. Around the villa, olive trees, wild herbs and aloe plants soften the stone, giving the outdoor spaces a scent as much as a view.

Inside, COCO-MAT mattresses and linens set the tone for rest, with breakfast delivered to the room each morning and a Nespresso machine and mini bar covering the rest of the day. Daily maid service and a limited front desk keep things running without intruding, and a massage can be arranged for guests who want to slow down further. Airport or port transfers are available, along with car and motorbike rental for those keen to explore beyond the villa.

The result is a straightforward base close to Halkidiki's coastline, its olive groves and fine dining options, with the villa's own stone walls and greenery setting the tone for a slower stay.
