Zegna sits in Aleomandra on Mykonos' southwestern coast, an area known for its private villas and peaceful ambiance away from the island's busier resorts. The property is sixty metres from the sea and about 400 metres from Glyfadi Beach, a small, partly sandy stretch with no bars or tavernas, suited to a quiet swim rather than a beach club scene. Mykonos Town is 5 km away, close enough for an evening out without staying in the middle of it.
The villa is arranged in two independent blocks on an 800 sq.m. plot. The upper floor holds a master bedroom with a balcony facing the island of Delos, visible across the water, plus a twin room with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony. A separate guest house adds a junior suite with a kitchenette and private patio, useful for guests wanting some independence. Downstairs, the kitchen opens to a BBQ area, and the living and dining spaces lead out to a 10x4m pool framed by furnished terraces.
With parking for two cars and sea views from every room, Zegna suits three couples or a family group who want to be based outside Mykonos Town yet still close enough to reach it easily.
