White Pearl Villa

White Pearl is a family-run independent complex of four luxurious countryside villas in Pefkochori, Halkidiki, set amid the lush nature of the area with views over the Aegean Sea, in a quiet neighbourhood five minutes from the village centre.

Each villa is 160 sqm laid out over three levels. The upper level holds the master bedroom with its own en-suite shower, a second bedroom and a bathroom. The ground level has a 70 sqm open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a further bedroom and a bathroom, opening onto a balcony with sea and mountain views. The lower level adds two more bedrooms — one sleeping three — and a bathroom with jacuzzi. In total, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private shower for up to 10 adults.

Outside, a 30 sqm infinity swimming pool treated with ozone (heating available on request at extra cost), a separate kids pool, a landscaped 150 sqm garden with pergola, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor shower and a fully equipped outdoor bar. Private beach with sunbeds is 250 m away, and there is private parking for two cars.

Included in every stay: daily maid service, linen and towel changes every three days, pool maintenance, exclusive daily breakfast, a free baby cot on request and 24-hour personal support. Central heating and air conditioning throughout mean the villa is available all year round, including winter.
