Villa Amaryllis Keramikos

▪ A guest’s check-out must be completed by 11:00am and the check-in is set past 15:00pm, in order to ensure the property’s thorough cleaning and sanitation, in compliance with the sanitary protocols implied by the Greek State.
▪ Unregistered guests are not allowed in the property at all times, even for a casual visit, and parties and gatherings are STRICTLY forbidden.
▪ The property is allotted solely for stays. Photoshoots, filming of any kind, events etc. as well as reproduction, publication of the property on the social media or any other kind of mass media is strictly forbidden and prosecuted by law.
▪ All appliances must be used for their designated purpose.
▪ Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, bed linen, towels or any other property supplied with the rental property must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another. Relocation or loss of the items, as well as damage to the PROPERTY or its furnishings, in excess of normal wear, will be charged to the GUEST.
▪ Our company provides bed linen and towels, and at some of the properties towels for the sun beds. It is strictly prohibited to be taken from the property.
▪ Disposal supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, shower gels are provided by our company.
▪ The quiet hours must be respected at all times. Guests must not create excessive noise at a level that might disturb the neighbourhood between 15:00pm – 17:00pm and 22:00pm – 07:30am.
▪ Pets are not allowed.
▪ Smoking is allowed STRICTLY outside. It is strictly prohibited in all the internal areas.
▪ Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate, but can be arranged upon request and with an extra charge.
