The Black Pearl Villas are set close to the shoreline in Kalamitsi, one of the quieter bays on Sithonia's southern coast. The village has tavernas, cafés and mini-markets within walking distance, making it easy to move between the beach and daily errands.
Inside, each villa is set up for self-catering: a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and kettle, central air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV in the seating area. The private terrace looks toward the hills that rise behind the coast, and the bathroom comes with a hairdryer and bath amenities.
For those who want to range further, Porto Koufo's natural harbour lies about 6 km south and Sarti around 12 km north, both easy day trips. The area is known for diving, with a shipwreck near Kalamitsi and the chance of spotting dolphins.
