This superior three-bedroom villa sits in a small complex in Possidi, on a stretch of the Kassandra peninsula known for its laid-back atmosphere away from resort crowds. Fully renovated, the 120m² house is arranged over two floors: the ground level holds a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while upstairs offers a second living room with sofa bed and two further double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Three separate air conditioning units, one downstairs and one in each upstairs bedroom, keep the layout flexible for groups of up to eight adults.

A private balcony or terrace looks over the garden, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto espresso machine alongside the usual essentials. Mosquito screens and a fireplace are also included.

Possidi village itself is a short walk from the villa, with tavernas, cafes and a small supermarket covering daily needs. From there it is roughly a 20-minute walk along the beachfront to Possidi Cape, a snow-white sandbar reaching some two kilometres into the sea, home to a lighthouse dating to 1864 and the remains of a Temple of Poseidon at its tip.
