Sigma Beachfront Villa

Sigma Beachfront Villa sits directly on the sand at Kalamitsi, a cove village on the southeastern coast of Sithonia known for its golden, Blue Flag certified beach and small fishing harbour tucked into the bay. From the balcony the sea view is direct and unobstructed, and the sound of the water carries into the living space on the first floor, where an open-plan kitchen and lounge form the natural gathering point for the day.

The villa spreads across three levels to suit larger families or groups travelling together. The first floor holds a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and dishwasher, plus a double bedroom and bathroom. Above, a private double bedroom with its own bathroom takes in elevated horizon views, while the semi-ground floor adds two further guest rooms with a mix of double, single and sofa beds and a third full bathroom. Central air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout.

Outside, a dedicated BBQ area makes for easy evening dinners, and the village itself has around fifteen tavernas open through summer along its two main beaches, along with a small grocery and beach equipment shop within walking distance.
