Villa Patron 3 sits above Kanalia Cove, with views stretching across the water to Mykonos Town, Tinos, Baos and Delos. The pool terrace, framed by pergolas and natural stone, is built for long afternoons, with the same panorama visible from nearly every room. Microcement floors, Mykonian wooden roofs and Cycladic arches give the interiors a handcrafted character rather than a showroom finish.
The property is really four buildings in one: two independent maisonettes, each with two bedrooms, a living room and a full kitchen, plus two guesthouses tucked below the pool level with their own bathrooms and sofa beds that convert for extra guests. Between them, the villa sleeps up to 16 across six bedrooms, with six full bathrooms and a separate WC, air conditioning throughout and a private terrace for each section, suiting a large family group or several couples travelling together.
Ornos beach, calm and family-friendly, is within about 3 km, while Psarou and its Nammos beach club sit roughly 5 km off. For a quieter evening, Kanalia's position also puts Fokos, Kiki's and the tavernas of Ano Mera within reach, away from the main Mykonos Town and Psarou corridor. Mykonos Airport is about 6 km distant, the port around 9 km, and the villa's team can arrange transfers, catering and reservations as needed.
