NG Villas

NG Villas is a small collection of three autonomous properties spread across Halkidiki's Kassandra peninsula, each offering its own atmosphere rather than a single fixed setting. The Pine Villa sits among the trees in Sani, an area protected as an ecological reserve of around a thousand acres, with Sani Beach's roughly seven kilometres of pine-backed white sand within easy reach. Villa Fenia and Villa Elena stand in Polichrono, a village with genuine local roots where the Blue Flag beach also runs for roughly seven kilometres of fine sand and calm water. Villa Sofia occupies a quieter position in Siviri, a former fishing port now known for its own Blue Flag beach and relaxed pace.

Each villa is let independently, with a private garden or terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and private parking, so groups can settle in without sharing space with other guests. Barbecues and outdoor furniture make the gardens usable well into the evening, and a washing machine and ironing facilities cover longer stays. The three properties suit families or groups of friends who want a self-contained base in forest, village or beachfront surroundings.
