Lipsi Estate sits on a hillside in Klouvas, a small settlement north of Mykonos Town known for its bakeries, cafes, and tavernas, within about a 15-minute drive of both the town and the airport. From the property's higher ground the view opens toward Delos, Tinos, and Syros, with the Mykonian sunset settling over the sea in front of the villa.
The 175 sq.m. smart-home villa occupies a 4-acre estate that functions as much more than a place to sleep. The ground floor holds a high-tech living room with a sofa bed for a fifth guest, a full kitchen, dining room, and a small office, all looking out toward a private stone church and an oversized outdoor chess set. Downstairs, two master suites with en-suite bathrooms open directly onto the garden and a private gym. Outside, a pool measuring 300x500cm sits alongside a jacuzzi, an equipped outdoor kitchen, and shaded seating, with an organic vegetable garden and a small animal sanctuary of peacocks, goats, and hens adding an unusual, working-farm character to the grounds.
Beaches within 5 to 7 km include Psarou, home to the well-known Nammos beach club, along with Super Paradise and Paradise further along the coast. Hosts Petroula, Tasos, and Dimitris meet guests on arrival and remain available throughout the stay to arrange transfers, boat trips, or local recommendations.

In the event of an early departure or non- show, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
