This duplex suite spreads across the second and third floors of the property, giving families or groups of up to six their own layout rather than a single shared space. Downstairs holds a double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, opening onto a private balcony with garden and hillside views. Upstairs, a second double bedroom and bathroom lead to another balcony, this one facing the sea. The heated pool below is available to all guests staying at the property.

Kallithea's name comes from the Greek for 'beautiful view'. The village centre, with its supermarkets, tavernas and small boutiques, is a short walk away, as is Kallithea Beach itself — a Blue Flag stretch of fine sand about 300 metres from the centre, looking out across the water to the hills of Sithonia. Along the shore near the beach sits the archaeological site of the Temple of Ammon Zeus, reached by a seven-minute walk through a park.

Inside, air conditioning is individually controlled on each level, and free Wi-Fi and soundproof windows are fitted throughout the suite.
