Villa Petra sits on a private plot on Mykonos's quieter east side, its four en-suite bedrooms arranged around a shaded courtyard that opens onto an 8 x 4 metre pool. The villa faces east across the water toward Drakonissi Island, an uninhabited islet of rocky cliffs, sea caves and beaches.
Outdoor living is central here — long lunches under cover, evenings by the pool, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking to order. Guests have private parking, air conditioning throughout, and Wi-Fi if work intrudes on the holiday. A concierge handles check-in and any requests during the stay, and cleaning is scheduled twice a week with fresh towels and linen.
The setting favours seclusion over nightlife. Ano Mera, nine kilometres off, is the island's second-largest village, still built around whitewashed houses and blue shutters, its tavernas around the central square serving Greek food at fairer prices than the restaurants downtown. Paralia Pano Tigani, a quiet beach roughly five minutes on foot, looks straight out toward Drakonissi, and two further coves lie within walking distance. Mykonos Town and the airport are each sixteen kilometres away.
