Casa Bloo sits directly on Elia Beach, a two-kilometre stretch of sand on Sithonia's west coast, in a section of the peninsula protected under the Natura 2000 programme. The area is known as Akti Elia, meaning the Olive Coast, and pine trees run down close to the shoreline here. The setting is intentionally adult only, open to guests aged 16 and over, and built around rest rather than activity.

Each suite is designed for couples, with a queen-size bed, a private balcony or terrace looking out to the pool or sea, and an outdoor jacuzzi for evenings after the beach. Air conditioning is individually controlled, and daily maid service keeps things simple. A writing desk and sitting area give the rooms a residential feel rather than a purely hotel one.

The pool area, with its sunbeds and umbrellas, functions as the social heart of the property, feeding into a bar serving coffee, cocktails and Greek wines through the day and into a sunset lounge by evening. For anything beyond the property itself, Nikiti is about 12 kilometres away and Neos Marmaras roughly 7 to 10 kilometres, both reachable by a short drive.
