Viridian Exclusive Villas sits in the heart of Sarti, on the eastern coast of the Sithonia peninsula, with three bedrooms spread across two levels around a private pool and veranda. The 79 m² layout sleeps up to seven guests: a double bed on the ground floor, a second double and two single beds upstairs, and two bathrooms with showers. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning, and the terrace offers a garden view along with a mountain view.

The beach is 125 metres away, part of the long stretch of Sarti Beach known for its Blue Flag waters and pale, shallow sand. From the shoreline, Mount Athos rises across the water, a fixed point on the horizon. A supermarket and several tavernas sit about 100 metres from the door, and the village centre is a 400-metre walk, with public parking close by as well as a private space on site.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and satellite TV and high-speed internet are included, along with a portable BBQ on request. Ten all-terrain bicycles, sized for adults and children, are free to borrow for exploring the coast further afield.
