Ilis Villas is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 200 metres from a sandy beach, with cafes and restaurants nearby along the shore. A 10-minute walk leads to the old village center, where stone houses and narrow alleys open onto a central square shaded by a plane tree and lined with local tavernas. On Friday mornings, a traditional market there sells honey, continuing a 600-year local tradition.
The complex has ten studios, suites, and family suites, each with a kitchenette, a private balcony or terrace, and a garden view. Mornings can start with a Nespresso on the terrace, and rooms come with a welcome bottle of wine or juice on arrival.
