Epiphany Villas sits on the panoramic northwestern coast of Lefkada, where the Ionian Sea stretches out toward the horizon. Tsoukalades, a traditional village of stone houses and narrow streets set among olive groves and pine forest, is just 700 metres away and covers daily needs with its bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. Agios Nikitas, with its pedestrian main street, tavernas and small port, is 5km further along the coast, and Lefkada town itself is a 7km drive. For swimming, Kathisma Beach offers a long stretch of white sand backed by green cliffs and a lively beach-bar scene, while Pefkoulia, quieter and less known, has clearer water and a single beach bar tucked between Tsoukalades and Agios Nikitas. Group bookings are accepted on request, subject to a minimum stay and the standard deposit terms.
