Blue Avenue

Blue Avenue is made up of five independent Deluxe Villas built with eco-friendly materials on the northern tip of Paliouri, a five-minute drive from the seafront. The surrounding land is left largely wild, so the shared grounds still allow each villa some privacy from its neighbours. Each villa includes a kitchenette for easy self-catering, a private balcony or terrace, and individually controlled air conditioning for the warmer months.

At the centre of the property sits a large communal pool, its view stretching over green hillside toward a glimpse of sea in the distance. Blue's Pool Bar operates right beside it, pouring cold drinks for guests settled into the sun loungers rather than sending them off-site for refreshment.

Paliouri itself is known for the quality of its local honey and for Paliouri Beach, also known as Golden Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. In the village, small tavernas and grocery stores cover daily needs, and a short drive brings guests within reach of the coastline that gives the area its reputation.
