Superior Villa sits above Kalamitsi's cove, spread across three levels that separate the living space from the three bedrooms. The ground floor holds an open living room and a kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher and full-size fridge; the semi-ground floor adds two more double bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, and a bathroom, while the top floor is given over to a private bedroom and bathroom. Up to seven adults can be accommodated across the five beds, and a terrace runs along the villa, looking out over the water with Mount Athos visible on the horizon across the bay.

Kalamitsi itself is built around a sheltered, semi-circular cove on the southeastern coast of Sithonia, with three separate beaches of golden sand and calm, shallow water. Sarti lies about 12 km up the coast and Toroni around 11 km in the other direction, both within reach for a change of scene during a longer stay.

Back at the villa, a barbecue on the terrace suits evening meals outdoors, and practicalities are covered with a washing machine, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. A flat-screen TV with streaming services rounds out the living room for quieter nights in.
