This 25-square-metre studio occupies the first floor of a small building in Polychrono and suits a couple or a family of three looking for a simple base near the coast. The layout is straightforward: a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a WC with a shower. A furnished balcony gives a spot to sit outside with a coffee from the in-room Nespresso machine or kettle. Daily housekeeping is included, with linens and towels refreshed every three days, keeping the space tidy throughout the stay.

Polychrono's long Blue Flag beach is within easy reach, its left side sandy and shallow enough for children to paddle safely. The waterfront promenade nearby is lined with tavernas, cafes, and shops selling local products, useful for evening walks or picking up souvenirs. Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and ATMs sit close to the beach as well, covering daily needs without a long trip. Guests with a car might also head inland toward Mavrobara Lake, a protected wetland with walking trails and a notable turtle population, for a change of pace from the shoreline.
