The Studio Residence sits in Pefkochori, a village whose name translates to 'Pine Village' and which grew up among pine forests and olive groves on the Kassandra Peninsula. The layout includes a double bed, a compact bathroom, and a kitchenette with coffee facilities and an espresso machine for mornings that don't require a trip out. A veranda gives the room a spot for a coffee outdoors, and there's a roof garden shared by the building for guests who want a wider view over the rooftops.

Soundproof windows and individually controlled air conditioning let guests set the room's temperature and block outside noise. Pefkochori's own beach runs for three kilometres of sand and carries a Blue Flag award, a short walk from the old square where tavernas serve food with live music into the evening.
