This 125m² villa, one of two identical units (numbers 3 and 4) in a small complex, is built over four levels that give every group its own space. The ground floor holds the kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, opening onto a private balcony or terrace with a side sea view and garden view. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the first floor, while an open staircase leads up to a second floor with two single beds and a further bathroom, and finally a loft with one more single bed. Four air conditioning units, one per level, keep the house comfortable through the summer.

For longer stays, the practical side is covered too: a dishwasher, washing machine and capsule espresso machine, along with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. A fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, and mosquito screens on the windows are a small but useful detail for warm nights.

Possidi itself is a low-key village on the southwestern side of the Kassandra peninsula, 105km from Thessaloniki. Possidi Beach, sandy and organized with a palm-lined promenade, sits in the heart of the village, and the longer Aigaiopelagitika Beach stretches out toward the cape. The village supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and a handful of tavernas are all within easy reach on foot.
