This single room is set within one of the villa buildings in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, and offers a comfortable base for a solo traveller or a parent with a young child. The room combines a bedroom and a marble bathroom with a bath tub, and opens through floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto a private balcony or terrace, with views that vary by room to take in the sea, the garden, or the pool. Air conditioning is individually controlled, and a mini-refrigerator, safe deposit box, and satellite TV are included as standard.

Nikiti itself is the capital of the Municipality of Sithonia, a village first established in the 14th century, and its old quarter, Palia Nikiti, still keeps its stone houses and narrow alleys largely intact. Nikiti Beach, the village's main stretch of coast, has crystal-clear waters, sunbeds, and beach bars, with lifeguards on duty through summer.

Guests can walk to Old Nikiti for a taverna dinner of fresh seafood or a glass of wine at one of the meze spots, and the Friday morning market is a good place to pick up local honey, for which the area is known, along with handmade crafts. Daily maid service and a welcome drink are provided at check-in.
