This 125m2 villa, one of two identical properties (numbers 1 and 2) in a small Possidi complex, spreads living space across four levels. The ground floor holds the kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, while the first floor has two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. An open staircase leads to a second floor with two more single beds and its own bathroom, and a loft above adds a further single bed — useful for larger families or two couples travelling together. Four air conditioning units are fitted across the villa, with one on the ground floor, one in each first-floor bedroom and one in the loft, so most of the house can be cooled independently.

A private balcony or terrace looks out over the garden with a side sea view, a pleasant spot for morning coffee from the in-room espresso machine. Inside, a fireplace, dishwasher and washing machine cover the practical side of a longer stay, and mosquito screens keep the terrace usable on warm evenings.

Possidi itself is a quiet village with tavernas, beach bars, cafes and a small grocery store, and its beachfront stretches toward the sandy cape roughly a twenty-minute walk away, where the old lighthouse and the remains of the Temple of Poseidon mark the tip of the peninsula.
