This Junior Suite Sea View occupies a bright 26 m² space fitted with two double beds, quality furnishings and fabrics, and a deluxe bathroom, suited to up to four guests. A balcony extends the room outward, framing views over the town of Neos Marmaras and the sea beyond and letting daylight fill the interior through most of the day. A kitchenette with fridge and electric kettle covers simple self-catering, while air conditioning and free Wi-Fi handle the practical side of a longer stay.

Neos Marmaras itself is a short walk from the suite, its center lined with tavernas, pizzerias, cafes and seafood restaurants, including Ta Kymata, a family-run tavern on the beach dating back to 1950. The town's own beach has a sandy entrance with sunbed hire and beach bars, and it carries Blue Flag status, as does Lagomandra Beach, one of Sithonia's more popular stretches of sand, about 7 kilometers away. Inland, the hillside village of Parthenonas, with its preserved Macedonian architecture and altitude of around 350 meters, makes for a change of scenery some 5-6 kilometers from the coast.
