Elegant Suite Vourvourou

The Elegant Suite sits within Anmian Suites, looking across Vourvourou's sheltered bay toward Diaporos Island, reachable in a few minutes by boat and visible from the private balcony and the outdoor sunbed area just outside the room. The infinity pool and the garden of olive trees add to the outlook, with mountains rising behind. At 20 square metres the suite is compact but well planned, with a double bed, an open-plan living area with a mini-fridge and espresso maker, and a bathroom with a shower.

Vourvourou itself is more a loose strip of tavernas, shops and rooms to rent than a conventional village, which keeps the pace unhurried. Karidi Beach, with its white sand and pine-backed shallows, and Livari beach, known as one of the most photographed in the area, are both within reach, and the bay's coral reef draws divers. Guests can borrow one of the property's bicycles or canoes, or arrange kayaking and boat trips further afield.

Back at the suite, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and free Wi-Fi cover the practical side, while a safe, bathrobes and quality toiletries round out the comfort. An open-air fitness area with pool and sea views is available to all guests, with yoga equipment by appointment.
