The Double Comfort Room sits in Neos Marmaras, a short walk from the promenade where cafes, tavernas and small shops line the seafront. From the balcony guests can look out over the town itself, a quieter alternative to a sea view but one that puts daily life in the harbour and streets below within easy reach. The room measures 25 square metres and sleeps up to three, with air conditioning to manage the summer heat and a kitchenette for preparing simple meals or morning coffee.

Inside, the furnishings lean toward the practical rather than the ornamental: good bedding, decent light, a bathroom stocked with amenities and a hairdryer, and a small refrigerator and electric kettle for convenience. Wi-Fi and satellite TV cover the basics for longer stays.

Beyond the room, Neos Marmaras has organized sandy beaches with Blue Flag status, and a handful of long-running fish tavernas along the shore. Ta Kymata, open since 1950, has tables reaching almost to the water, and it is within walking distance for an evening by the sea after a day spent closer to the room.
