Villa Joanna occupies the first row of its plot on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, with direct access to a shared pool. Spread over three floors, the villa sleeps up to eight adults across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. The ground floor holds an open living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, while the basement adds a further bedroom and a second sofa bed, useful for larger groups or extended family stays.

Anemos Beach Bar, with its sandy shore and shallow, clear water, lies about 4km away, and Pallini's stretch of coast is generally calm and free of large rocks, a practical point for families travelling with children. The Temple of Ammon Zeus in nearby Kallithea, one of the peninsula's main archaeological sites, is roughly a 25-minute walk from the villa.
