The grounds have outstanding amenities available to guests including two year-round swimming pools (one dedicated for families with children), a playground, and BBQ area. The closest beach (Nikiti Beach) is a short 400-meter walk from the property. There, you will find a nice sandy beach with warm, calm, turquoise waters.

The complex is centrally located in Nikiti giving guests easy walkable access to the beach, marina, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and shopping. Unless you are taking a trip outside of Nikiti, you likely won’t have use for your car during your stay. In the evenings, take a stroll along the beachfront promenade and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the community.
