Questions
Is the price per person?
No. Every price is the total for the whole villa for the whole stay, taxes included. Split between eight or ten people, a villa usually costs less per person than a hotel room.
How much do I pay today?
30%, 50% or the full amount — you choose. The balance is paid on arrival, and you are never charged more than what is still outstanding.
What if I have to cancel?
Each villa carries its own cancellation policy. You see it on the villa's page, and again inside the payment page before you pay anything.
Why book so far ahead?
The villas that sleep eight or more go first, and the 2027 prices are already set. Booking now fixes both the house and the price.
