This level can also be partially independent, as part of it has a separate entrance, offering extra flexibility and privacy.

Lower level (underground with natural light & advanced ventilation):

-Private spa area with hammam and sauna

Total capacity: up to 14 guests.

The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a large garden with 5 sitting areas, a BBQ area, and an outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and socializing.

The villa is positioned as a corner property, offering enhanced privacy within the complex.

The beach is located approximately 200 meters away, accessed through a scenic natural path within the complex without crossing any roads. It is a private sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the water, surrounded by palm trees and reserved only for residents, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded vacation. For your convenience, two large umbrellas with sunbeds is provided exclusively for your use.

A popular restaurant is just 200 meters away, while a mini market is located around 400 meters, making daily needs easily accessible without a car. Neos Marmaras is also nearby, offering a full range of shops, restaurants, and activities.
