The Premier Suite sits above Exomitis Beach, a 3.5-kilometre stretch of black sand running up from Perissa and recognised as Santorini's quietest beach. From the veranda, the view takes in the sea and the small marina at Vlychada, about 500 metres away, where fishing boats come and go through the day.

Inside, the suite is built for two couples or a family of four. There is a double bedroom and a separate twin room, along with a marble bathroom with a double shower. A dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, so meals can be prepared without a trip out, and Agios Georgios Beach is a short drive away for a change of scene. Bathrobes, slippers and daily maid service are included.

Outdoors, the private heated jacuzzi sits on the veranda, with the marina and sea within view through the evening. Air conditioning is individually controlled in each room, and soundproof windows keep the space quiet despite the port nearby.
