Lagoon Suite sits on the upper level of the complex in Imerovigli, the village long known as the balcony of the Aegean for its position along the caldera ridge, about three kilometres from Fira. Access to the suite is nearly step-free, and inside, a bathroom finished in green mosaic tile leads through to a deep, domed cave where the indoor Jacuzzi stays heated and ready, lit only by the natural curve of volcanic rock overhead.

Outside, the private terrace is set up for slow days: sun loungers and wing chairs face the volcano and the water beyond, with the same view turning gold and pink at sunset. Imerovigli keeps a quieter pace than Fira or Oia, with fewer crowds along its narrow streets, and for those willing to walk, the short, steep path near Agios Georgios Church leads up to Skaros Rock, a popular sunset viewpoint.

Back in the suite, a flat-screen TV, individually controlled air conditioning, and coffee facilities are joined by free Wi-Fi, a safe deposit box, and a mini-fridge, with a welcome drink on arrival and daily maid service throughout the stay. In the evening, the village's tavernas and cliff-side restaurants, ranging from simple to refined, are a short stroll from the door.
