Set on the middle level of a small complex in Imerovigli, one of the highest points along Santorini's caldera rim, Heaven suite opens onto a private balcony with a 180-degree view spanning south to north across the volcanic islands of Nea Kameni and Palea Kameni. A heated outdoor jacuzzi sits close to the bed, positioned so the colors of sunset reach it directly before the light fades over the water.

Below the village, the rock of Skaros marks the site of an old fortress and can be reached on foot, a short walk rewarded with wide views over the caldera. Evenings bring a choice of tavernas scattered around Imerovigli, which stay quieter than Fira or Oia and where tables can usually be found without a reservation even in summer. As night falls, Oia's lights begin to trace the far end of the caldera, visible from the same balcony where the day began.

Inside, the suite pairs modern furnishing with practical comforts: flat-screen television, individually controlled air conditioning, coffee facilities and a mini-fridge. Daily maid service and a welcome drink round out a stay in what is generally regarded as one of the island's more tranquil corners, set between Fira and Oia.
