The Executive Suite with Sea View is one of only two such suites at Kastri Elia Suites, both set in Block B. The layout spans two levels: the ground floor holds a modern kitchenette, marble bathroom and a living room with a corner sofa bed for two, opening onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and the sea. Upstairs, reached by an open staircase, is a bedroom with a double bed and closet, positioned for privacy despite the absence of a door. A baby crib can be added if needed, and the suite suits up to two adults and two children, or three adults and one child.

Nikiti beach, a wide sandy stretch with Blue Flag status, lies within the village. The Old Village retains stone houses and narrow alleys around the 14th-century church of Agios Nikitas, while the Sofronios Basilica, built in the early 5th century, still shows much of its original mosaic floor. On Friday mornings a market sells local crafts and the region's honey.

The rate includes a daily breakfast basket, free parking, and daily room refresh, along with use of the outdoor pool and pool towels provided once a day. Wi-Fi is complimentary, and linens are changed every third day. A 2.00 euro per night climate resilience tax is included in the price.
