The Elegant Room sits on the ground floor of the property in Paliouri, a village on the Kassandra peninsula known for its pine-clad surroundings and traditional houses. At 26m², the studio combines a double bed and a sofa bed, making it workable for up to four adults, with a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that covers longer stays without relying on the local tavernas, though those serving fresh fish and meat are close by if preferred.

The terrace is the room's strongest feature: outdoor furniture, a partial sea view, and the resin scent from the garden pines drifting in on warm afternoons. Paliouri beach, also called Golden Beach, is about two kilometres away with its pine-shaded golden sand, while Xenia Beach, known for its pale, flour-like sand and natural pine shade, lies within reach as well. Both give the coastline here a quieter, more natural character than the busier resorts further up the peninsula.

Inside, air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, and satellite TV cover the practical side of a stay, and a safe deposit box is useful for passports and valuables. The surrounding pine forest also makes the area workable for short hikes, for guests who want more than beach time during their visit.
