This suite sits on the lower floor of the building, reached by an outdoor staircase shown in the property photos. The entrance is sub-terrain, and there is no balcony or veranda. Inside, the layout suits families with one or two small children: a double bed in the bedroom, and a corner sofa in the living room that does not pull out but provides a comfortable sleeping spot for little ones. The bathroom has a shower and marble finishes, and a small kitchenette covers basic self-catering needs.

Daily room refresh, individually controlled air conditioning, a safe deposit box and free Wi-Fi are included, along with a daily breakfast basket, free parking and use of the outdoor pool. Linen and towels are changed every third day, and pool towels are provided once a day.

Nikiti itself has a Blue Flag beach a short walk from the centre, with tavernas clustered along the promenade and in Old Nikiti, the restored stone village about 2 km inland. On Friday mornings a local market sells honey produced in the surrounding hills, one of the area's better-known products.
