At 55m², it is arranged over two floors: the ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while the upper floor is given over to the master bedroom with its own toilet. A private pool and terrace look out over the hillside toward the sea, making the outdoor space as much a part of the suite as the rooms themselves.

Paliouri itself is a traditional village of narrow lanes and old stone houses rather than a beach resort, with a handful of grocery stores and tavernas such as Lemonis of Argyris serving fresh, locally sourced dishes. The coastline nearby includes Paliouri Beach, known for its clear water and golden sand backed by pine trees, and Xenia Beach, known as the 'Maldives of Halkidiki' for its pale, fine sand and natural shade from pine trees. The wider region is also known for its olive oil and honey production, a nod to the rural character that surrounds the resort.
