Two bedrooms with double beds are joined by a living room whose sofas convert to extra sleeping space, bringing capacity to six guests comfortably. The main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while two further WCs and showers serve the rest of the suite.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a dining area, so meals can be taken indoors or out on the furnished veranda. Paliouri itself is a quiet village between low hills, close to Xenia Beach, known locally for its fine golden sand and pine shade along the shore. In the village, a handful of tavernas serve fresh fish and local meats.
